Pastichio ( pas -tEE-tsio) - a savory specialty of pasta and seasoned ground beef topped off with an incredible bechamel sauce

Spanakopita (spahn-ah-KOH-peeta)

ultra thin layers of phyllo dough filled with a mixture of spinach, feta and other cheeses.

Tiropita (tee-rrOHW-peeta)

ulta thin layers of phyllo dough filled with a seasoned mixture of various cheeses

Dolmathes (dole-MAH-thes)

Lemon scented stuffed grape leaves filled with a seasoned mixture of ground beef, rice, and herbs.

Pastries

Baklava: ultra thin sweat cream buttered layers of phyllo dough,filled with a nut mixture and then drenched with a honey syrup

Loukoumathes (Lou-koo-MAH-thes) light as air fried dough balls drenched in a honey syrup and a sprinkling of nuts

Diples ( THEE-ples) a rolled and fried honey pastry

Galaktoboureko (gah-lak-toh-BOO-reekoh)

ultra thin layers of buttered phyllo dough filled with a light cream custard and then lightly dusted with powdered sugar

Kourabiethes - (Koo-rah-BEYEH-thes)

a unique melt in your moth almond butter cookie topped off with powdered sugar

Koulourakia (Koo-LOO-rah-keeah)

a buttered cookie usually in a twisted braided shape

Paximathia (pah-xee-MAH-thee-ah)

a biscotti style cookie

Finikia - (fee-NEE-kiah)

a spiced cookie drenched with honey syrup and sprinkled with nuts

Kataifi (kah-tah-EE-fee)

shredded phyllo ultra thin strands as if woven by the magical hands of our amazing bakers lined with pure creamery butter and filled with a mixture of nuts and drenched with honey syurup

Karithopita (kah-ree-THOH-pea-tah)

a dark and moist decadent walnut cake drenched with honey syrup

Patsa Flora

a light pastry with fruit filling

Halva (hahll-VAH)

a farina type cake drenched with honey syrup
